Our second batch of wild hot sauce is here, and it's a corker! Common Hogweed seeds are fermented alongside habanero chillis to create a punchy sauce with notes of coriander, orange peel and cardomom.
A dash or two of this fermented hot sauce will liven up any drab meal, adding a punchy hit that delivers right across the tongue. Tingles on the neck from the heat are to be expected, with a pleasant tang from the long fermentation process adding to the experience.
