All products from our shop, whether bought online or in store, are subject to the following returns terms:

  1. Customers have 30 days from their purchase date to request a refund, exchange and/or return. Requests made outside of this window will not be considered.
  2. Any product being returned condition must be returned in unused and in perfect condition, with postage paid for by the customer.
  3. Products that are damaged before arriving with the customer are entitled to be replaced/exchanged or refunded. This will be done at Forage Box Ltd's expense, at no extra cost to the customer. A refund for postage fees in this instance will only be issued if all items in the order were also damaged (i.e. if several items make it undamaged then a postal refund will not be issued)
  4. Vouchers purchased at any time are non-refundable.
  5. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Considerations for workshop tickets:

Although our vouchers are non-refundable, tickets purchased for our workshops are fully refundable and transferable up to 30 days prior to the event date. Ticket refunds will not be issued within 30 days of the event. A transfer to another event may be available unless the event is sold out (it doesn't allow us enough time to re-sell your spot). A transfer to another event IS possible within 30 days of the event if neither the original nor the new event is sold out, but this is at the discretion of Forage Box Ltd and is by no means guaranteed. By purchasing your tickets you accept this policy. Drop outs due to illness, car failure or not fancying it because of the weather probably won't result in a transfer if it is too close to the event. Please treat this like any other gig ticket - feel free to give your ticket to someone else. Eventbrite's admin fee is non-refundable for all transactions unless Forage Box cancels the event.
