It's been a while since Jim got out to forage just for himself, so on a gorgeous sunny day, he couldn't resist getting out into the woods with the Forage Box dog, Nelly - a part-Cocker-Spaniel, part-Labrador outdoor enthusiast with big floppy ears and a penchant for fox poo. Together, they romped through the woods finding fungi before cooking up some lunch against a backdrop of a gorgeous Lake District view.
