A robust white wine made from one of our most delicious wild fruit, the exquisite mirabelle plum. These golden beauties can be found across the country in hedgerows and, pound-for-pound, we reckon might just be the tastiest fruit out there. Their syrupy sweetness is always a pleasure and there is no end to what wonderful creations they lend themselves to. They are a real ‘glut’ crop too, with some years seeing almost nothing on even the most reliable trees. It’s good to take advantage of a bumper year then, and that’s what we have done for this fine wine.

Expect the obvious plum notes, with some surprising floral, honey and even melon notes. It tastes like you'd expect, but treat it with respect, chilling it down right before drinking.
