Can I extend a voucher?

Contact us — extensions may be possible.

Can I exchange my voucher for a different workshop?

Yes — if the price differs, you just pay the difference.

How do I redeem my voucher?

Voucher codes should be entered at the Eventbrite checkout when completing the purchase of your tickets, where the credit on your voucher will be deducted from your total. Due to the way that Eventbrite process voucher codes, each code needs to be entered individually so you will need to purchase multiple tickets separately. Our vouchers are essentially issued loaded with 'credit' corresponding to the workshop type printed on them, which can be used across any events until it runs out (e.g. you might have £75 on a Forage & Feast voucher but decide to use it on two £40 Forage & Nibble events instead, opting to pay the £5 difference for the second ticket)

If you have a Silver or Gold VIP ticket, because of an oddity in Eventbrite you need to use the voucher code to book a standard ticket on the workshop. Don't worry though, you'll still receive the extras included in your VIP pass.

Can I book multiple people with one voucher?

You may need to redeem the voucher multiple times — check your email instructions.
