Can I move my booking?

Yes — you can move your booking up to 48 hours before the workshop.
Use the “Move My Booking” form (link to be added).

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Please treat this like any other gig ticket - feel free to give/sell your ticket to someone else.

What’s your refund policy?

You can request a refund up to 30 days before the event.
Inside 30 days, we offer:

  • Move to another workshop - unless either event is sold out (it doesn't allow us enough time to re-sell your spot) but this is at the discretion of Forage Box Ltd and is by no means guaranteed - our tutors are paid per attendee so we tend to prioritise not taking income from them in the lead up to the event.
  • Credit

My workshop was cancelled — now what?

You will receive an email with options:

  • Choose a new date
  • Receive credit
  • Request a refund

*Please note that we cannot offer refunds for travel or accommodation expenses.

My workshop didn’t meet minimum numbers — what happens?

If we don’t reach 8 bookings, we may cancel the event. You will be offered:

  • A different date
  • A credit
  • A refund

I have a voucher — how do I book?

Enter your voucher code at the Evenbrite checkout.
If your voucher covers multiple people, book each space separately.

If you have a Silver or Gold VIP ticket, because of an oddity in Eventbrite you need to use the voucher code to book a standard ticket on the workshop. Don't worry though, you'll still receive the extras included in your VIP pass.

Can I book multiple people with one voucher?

You may need to redeem the voucher multiple times — check your email instructions.
