This hedgerow salad from Forage Box is made up of lime leaves, chickweed, sheep sorrel, common vetch, dandelion & ribwort plantain foraged from the wild. All have different flavours, some robust and some more subtle. Flavours included mustard, garlic and I got a citrus lemon/lime type flavour.
