After months of recipe design and aging, we are thrilled to finally launch our first batch of our new line of wild hot sauces, starting with this feisty beast made with copious amounts of wild garlic and habanero chillies!
A dash or two of this fermented hot sauce will liven up any drab meal, adding a punchy garlic hit that delivers right across the tongue. Tingles on the neck from the heat are to be expected, with a pleasant tang from the long fermentation process adding to the experience.
