Our Cooking Workshops are 6 hours long and focus more specifically on creating a 3 or 4 course meal for the group, having collected the wild ingredients on the day. This is a fully immersive workshop, giving attendees the chance to really get stuck in!

Each session includes:

• a welcome briefing
• an in-depth guided walk looking at wild edibles and their poisonous lookalikes. Focus is generally on seasonal ingredients that can be eaten on the day.
• the opportunity to forage for your meal, before cooking with these wild ingredients!
• tasters and nibbles of wild food
• cooking guidance for each wild plant/mushroom
• a 3 or 4 course meal that showcases the ingredients we find on the day

To redeem a voucher, please browse our workshops page to find a date that works for then simply enter your voucher code at the Eventbrite checkout. All workshop details, terms and conditions can be found on the specific event listing. Please note that our vouchers are no-refundable and, although an event transfer may be possible to another date, they should be used wisely with good planning.

Vouchers are issued as a physical printed card and are posted on a weekly basis. All voucher fees include printing, packaging and Eventbrite admin fees, so you can rest assured that your loved ones will not have to pay any hidden fees when redeeming their voucher codes (if used by the end of 2023)

PLEASE NOTE: This voucher is for our 2023 prices, which have remained the same for a few years now. Any vouchers that have not been redeemed by the end of 2023 can still be used in 2024, but will require the difference in price being paid at the checkout. Our 2024 vouchers will be launched in Autumn 2023, for those wanting to buy a gift for someone that doesn't require the recipient paying the outstanding balance!
