WHO WE ARE
Here at Forage Box, we love our wild food. We believe that nature offers us ingredients that are tastier, healthier and more sustainable than anything you could find in a supermarket.
We understand that nobody can realistically live off foraged food entirely, so by delivering a selection of ingredients to you in meal-sized portions, we aim to get wild ingredients into your everyday cooking!
Wild ingredients can enhance any meal, whether it is blitzing wild garlic to throw into pasta for a rushed weeknight dinner; enjoying freshly-picked British chanterelle mushrooms on toast as part of a lazy Sunday brunch; or stirring a healthy drizzle of rich hawthorn syrup into your morning porridge!
There is an entire world of unexplored flavours available to us, and we want to showcase them in their various forms to show you how versatile, interesting and delicious the natural world can be.
Each month, we will send you a mixture of ingredients - some which you may have heard of, some which may be a complete surprise - along with a few recipe ideas, which we hope you will use to make regular meals that little bit more special!
